All cards ship in a protective sleeve and rigid top-loader; sealed product ships in its original packaging inside a padded box. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day.

Returns & Refunds
- • 30-day return window from the delivery date for items not matching their listed condition.
- • Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue before shipping anything back.
- • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
- • Graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC) are final sale once the slab is confirmed undamaged on arrival.
- • Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or misdescribed.
Damaged in Transit?
Every order is insured. If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and photograph it immediately, then reach out via Contact Us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and get a replacement or refund moving right away.
